Eligibility & Participation

Age Requirements

Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver before participating.

Health & Readiness

By attending, you confirm you are physically able to participate and understand that Pilates and fitness activity involves inherent risk. You agree to follow instructor guidance and studio rules at all times.

Medical Conditions & Injuries

You are responsible for notifying your instructor of injuries, pregnancy/postpartum considerations, or relevant medical conditions before class. We may recommend modifications or suggest you do not participate if we believe it may be unsafe.

Booking, Waitlists & Attendance

Booking Required

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform. Bookings are subject to availability.

Waitlists

Waitlists close 60 minutes before class start time.

Late Arrival

For safety and class flow, late entry may be refused. If refused entry due to late arrival, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show in accordance with our Cancellation & Attendance Policy.

Studio Conduct

All clients must conduct themselves respectfully and follow staff direction. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Purchases, Payments & Taxes

Payment Methods

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

Taxes

All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including GST) are added at checkout where required.

Non-Transferability

Memberships, class packs, drop-ins, and promotional pricing are non-transferable and may not be shared.

No Resale

Reselling classes, memberships, or promotional offers is not permitted.

Membership Terms (Tiered Memberships)

Start Date & Billing

Your membership begins on the date you book your first class (“Start Date”) and renews on a recurring monthly billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with your membership agreement and our Cancellation & Attendance Policy.

Monthly Class Allotments

Included membership classes are available each billing cycle. Unused classes do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle.

Minimum Commitment

Memberships require a 12-week minimum commitment from the Start Date. Cancellations are not permitted during the first 12 weeks.

Cancellations After Commitment

After the initial commitment, membership cancellations or modifications require written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date, submitted to hello@peachroomwellness.com. Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively.

Outstanding Fees

Any outstanding fees must be settled before cancellation is processed.

Class Packs (“Peach Passes”), Drop-Ins & Intro Offers

Expiry

• Class packs expire 12 months from purchase (unless otherwise stated).

• Intro offers expire within 4 weeks of purchase. Expired classes cannot be reactivated, transferred, or refunded.

Final Sale

Class packs and drop-ins are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Your Cancellation & Attendance Policy applies. Key rules include:

Membership Plans

• Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid fees.

• Late cancel (within 8 hours): $10 fee.

• No-show: $15 fee and loss of the session/credit used to book.

Limited Plans, Class Packs & Drop-Ins

• Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees.

• Late cancel (within 12 hours): $10 fee and loss of the class credit/fee used to book.

• No-show: $15 fee and loss of the class credit/fee used to book.

Credits & Refunds

Standard Cancellations

Where a refund is permitted, it is typically issued as account credit, in accordance with our Cancellation & Attendance Policy.

Workshops, Special Events & Private Sessions

Workshops, events, and private sessions are subject to the refund rules outlined in our Cancellation & Attendance Policy.

Membership Holds

Holds may be requested after the initial 12-week commitment, in accordance with our Cancellation & Attendance Policy. Holds are subject to eligibility, minimum/maximum durations, and advance notice requirements.

Studio Cancellations

If The Peach Room cancels a class, your credit will be returned to your account (or fees refunded/credited accordingly), in accordance with our Cancellation & Attendance Policy.

Waiver of Liability (Required)

All participants must sign the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Release Agreement before attending their first class.

Photography & Media

By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that The Peach Room may use photos/videos taken in-studio for promotional purposes, where consent has been provided.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Changes to Terms, Pricing & Offerings

We may update these Terms, pricing, class schedules, or offerings from time to time. Updated Terms will be effective when posted on our website. Where required, we will provide notice (including for pricing changes).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
