FAQ
FAQ
What’s included in a membership?
Each membership includes a set number of classes per month in your selected service: Reformer, Mat, or Mixed Basket (Reformer + Mat).
Choose your pace (4 / 8 / 12 / 16 classes per month) and your credits refresh every billing cycle.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
When does my membership start?
Your membership begins on the date you book your first class (your “Start Date”).
Billing renews automatically each cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Can I do both Reformer and Mat if I’m on a membership?
Yes — that’s what Mixed Basket is for.
Mixed Basket memberships include credits you can use across both Reformer and Mat. If you’re on a single-service membership (Reformer-only or Mat-only), your included credits apply to that service, and you can book the other using the member add-on rate per class.
Can I buy extra classes if I use mine up?
Yes. Active members can purchase additional classes at the member add-on rate, subject to availability.
What is the Mixed Basket membership?
Mixed Basket gives you access to both Reformer + Mat each month.
You’ll receive a set number of monthly credits based on your tier, and you can use them however you like — across either service, in any combination. No limits, no splits.
Can I switch my service type later?
Yes — you can change your service after your initial commitment.
After the first 12 weeks, you can switch between Reformer, Mat, or Mixed Basket by emailing us at least 7 days before your next billing date (so we can update your plan before renewal).
Do unused membership classes roll over?
Membership classes reset each billing cycle. Unused classes do not roll over.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Memberships include a 12-week minimum commitment from your Start Date.
After the initial 12 weeks, memberships renew month-to-month unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
How do I cancel or make changes to my membership?
After the initial commitment, cancellations or changes require written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date, submitted to hello@peachroomwellness.com.
Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively, and no refunds are issued for unused time.
Are memberships transferable or refundable?
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Do members get perks or discounts?
Yes — perks get better the more you show up. All members receive a birthday gift plus tiered milestone gifts for class attendance (50/100/150/200+ classes, and beyond).
Merch discounts (select items):
Founding Members: 20% off select merch
Core 8 / Pro 12 / Power 16: 10% off select merch
Guest pass perk:
Founding Members / Pro 12 / Power 16: 1 free guest pass per month
Perks may vary by tier and are subject to change.
Is there a waitlist if a class is full?
Yes. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the booking system. Waitlist closes 60 mins prior to the start of class. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified and/or automatically moved in depending on your booking settings.
What is your late cancellation / no-show policy?
To keep class spots accessible to the community, cancellations must be made within the required cancellation window.
Members: Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.
Class Packs, Intro Offers & Drop-Ins: Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
A cancellation made after the applicable deadline will be treated as a late cancellation and may result in a $15 late cancellation fee and forfeiture of the class credit used to reserve the class.
If you do not attend your scheduled class, or arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will be treated as a no-show. A $15 no-show fee will apply and no class credit, session entitlement, or booking value will be returned.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for complete details.
What if I’m running late?
A 5-minute grace period after the scheduled class start time is permitted for members only.
For safety, class flow, and respect for fellow participants, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be admitted to class. Late arrivals can disrupt instruction and may miss important safety cues, warm-up exercises, and equipment setup.
The studio door will be locked once the grace period has ended. If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, you will be marked as a no-show and subject to a $15 no-show fee. No class credit, session entitlement, or booking value will be returned.
When does class booking close?
Online booking currently closes 1 hour before class start time to give our instructors adequate notice for scheduling.
If a class still shows available spots but online booking has closed, feel free to send us a message. Depending on instructor availability and whether the class is still running, we may be able to manually add you.
We expect to reduce our booking cutoff as attendance becomes more consistent.
Can I cancel my membership before my commitment period ends?
Memberships include a minimum 12-week commitment period. If you choose to cancel before your commitment term has been completed, an early termination fee will apply in accordance with your Membership Agreement and our Cancellation & Attendance Policy.
Please note that when a membership is cancelled, any future class reservations associated with that membership will be removed and any unused credits remaining in the current billing period will be forfeited.
Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively, and unused time or credits are non-refundable.
If you're experiencing an injury, medical issue, or other extenuating circumstance, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer membership freezes?
Holds may be requested after the initial 12-week membership commitment. Holds are available for 2–4 weeks, up to a maximum of 4 weeks per 12 months.
Hold requests must be submitted by email to hello@peachroomwellness.com at least 7 days before the requested hold start date.
Can I attend if I’m pregnant, postpartum, or managing an injury?
Please let us know ahead of time so we can support you with appropriate modifications. If you’re unsure what’s best, consult your healthcare provider.
