Cancellation & Attendance Policy
The Peach Room Wellness Collective Inc. (“The Peach Room”)
We understand that schedules change. To keep our class schedule fair and accessible—and to respect our instructors and fellow clients—please review the following.
Definitions
Membership plan: Ongoing membership (e.g., Classic 4 / Core 8 / Pro 12 / Power 16).
Limited plan: class packs
Drop-In: Single class purchase.
Waitlist
The waitlist closes 60 minutes before the class start time.
Late Cancellations
Membership Plans
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class start time to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time will incur a $10.00 late cancellation fee.
Limited Plans & Drop-Ins (Class Packs / Single Classes)
Please cancel at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will incur a $10.00 late
cancellation fee, and you will lose the session/fee/credit used to book the class.
No-Shows
Membership Plans
If you do not attend a booked class (no-show), a $15.00 no-show fee will apply, and you will lose the session/fee/credit used to book the class.
Limited Plans & Drop-Ins (Class Packs / Single Classes)
If you do not attend a booked class (no-show), a $15.00 no-show fee will apply, and you will lose the session/fee/credit used to book the class.
Credits & Refunds
When a client cancels a class via the widget/app or through the front desk, any eligible refund will be issued as an account credit (credited to the client’s account).
Workshops, Special Events & Private Sessions: if cancelled 7+ days before the event, the refund will be returned to the original payment method (or issued as an account credit upon request).
Membership Billing, Cancellations & Holds
Membership Commitment & Cancellations
Memberships require a minimum 12-week commitment from the start date.
Cancellations or changes after the initial commitment require written notice at least 7
days before your next billing date, submitted to hello@peachroomwellness.com.
Memberships cannot be cancelled retroactively, and no refunds are issued for unused time.
Any outstanding fees must be settled before cancellation is processed.
The Peach Room may update pricing, terms, or class offerings with 30 days’ notice.
Membership Holds
Holds may be requested after the initial 12-week commitment.
Holds are available for 2–4 weeks, up to a maximum of 4 weeks per 12 months.
Hold requests must be submitted by email to hello@peachroomwellness.com at least 7 days before the requested hold start date.
Workshops, Special Events & Private Sessions
Cancel 7+ days before the event for a full refund (to the original payment method) or account credit, as applicable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows.
Studio Cancellations
If The Peach Room cancels a class, your credit will be returned to your account (or fees refunded/credited accordingly).
