The Peach Room is more than a Pilates studio—it’s a space built for strength, connection, and community.

We’re opening a boutique Reformer + Mat Pilates studio in West Kelowna and are building an in-house team of instructors who want to grow with a studio—not just teach in one.

We’re looking for instructors with strengths in:

  • foundational + beginner-friendly teaching

  • athletic / strength-based programming

  • slower tempo, mobility-focused work

  • targeted / sculpt-style classes

  • prenatal / postpartum (asset)

About The Peach Room

The Peach Room is designed to feel intentional, welcoming, and energizing. Our classes focus on thoughtful movement, strong programming, and creating a space where clients feel both challenged and supported.

We’re building a community-first studio with a strong emphasis on:

  • Connection—both to your body and to each other

The Role

We’re hiring certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our founding team.

This is an opportunity to be part of something from the ground up and play a meaningful role in shaping the studio experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach safe, engaging, and well-structured Pilates classes

  • Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all clients

  • Arrive 15–20 minutes early for class prep and client connection

  • Stay 10–15 minutes after class for reset and client interaction

  • Support studio events, pop-ups, and community initiatives

  • Contribute to a consistent, high-quality studio experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Pilates instructor (Mat and/or Reformer)

  • Strong understanding of movement, alignment, and modifications

  • Warm, engaging personality—someone who builds relationships with clients

  • Reliable and consistent with scheduling

  • Comfortable participating in studio content and brand presence

  • Interest in prenatal/postpartum or women-centered wellness is a strong asset

Availability

  • Consistent weekly availability is preferred

  • Weekend availability is strongly encouraged

  • Priority scheduling is given to reliable, committed instructors

Community & Brand Participation

At The Peach Room, instructors are part of the brand experience.

  • Participate in studio content (within reason)

  • Support the studio through social presence and community engagement

  • Be an active contributor to the energy and culture of the space

Employment Structure

This is a contractor (independent) role.

Instructors are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid professional liability insurance

  • Holding up-to-date certifications

  • Managing their own tax obligations

If you don’t currently have liability insurance, we’re happy to guide you toward providers.
