• Lead safe, engaging, and thoughtfully programmed Mat and/or Reformer Pilates classes.

• Create an exceptional experience for members of all fitness levels.

• Provide modifications and progressions to meet clients where they are.

• Foster genuine relationships and a welcoming community within the studio.

• Collaborate with the team to continually elevate the member experience.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for instructors who are:

✨ Certified or currently completing a recognized Mat and/or Reformer Pilates certification.

✨ Passionate about helping others move confidently and consistently.

✨ Strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative team environment.

✨ Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.

✨ Coachable, adaptable, and excited to grow with a new and evolving studio.

✨ Comfortable participating in social media content, including individual and team photo/video shoots.

✨ Excited to represent The Peach Room at community events, workshops, collaborations, grand openings, and promotional activations, as these are an important part of our studio culture.

Interview Process

Selected applicants will be invited to:

• An in-person interview.

• A practical teaching audition.

This gives us the opportunity to get to know your teaching style, communication, professionalism, and how you connect with clients.

Employment Structure

This is a contractor (independent) role with opportunity to extend and grow into a long-term placement.

As we build our founding team, instructors who align with our vision will be prioritized for expanded schedules, leadership opportunities, and ongoing placement within the studio.

Instructors are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid professional liability insurance

• Holding up-to-date certifications

• Managing their own tax obligations

If you don’t currently have liability insurance, we’re happy to guide you toward providers.
