Slow Burn

Low–Medium Intensity

A slower tempo class with deeper time-under-tension and mobility-focused strength. Expect intentional movement, breath + control, and a “leave taller than you came” finish—without the rush. You’ll feel steady, grounded, and surprisingly challenged in all the right places. Perfect when your body wants strength and softness.

Peach Sculpt

Medium–High Intensity

A focused burn with rotating themes (Arms + Abs, Booty + Core, Posture + Back, and more). Higher reps, shorter rest, and feel-good finishers—fun, challenging, and always modifiable. Expect a little shake, a lot of tone, and targeted work that complements your regular flow classes. Come for the theme, leave with the glow.

High Voltage

Power / High Intensity

Fast-paced, athletic Reformer designed for strength + sweat. Expect heavier springs, quicker transitions, and longer sets—think legs, glutes, core finishers, and spicy progressions for experienced movers. First Rodeo

A confidence-building basics class for learning the Reformer from the ground up. Slower pace with extra setup cues, spring guidance, and form coaching—perfect if you’re new to Reformer or returning after time off. An intentional sculpt session designed to strengthen and refine with control. Rooted in breath, precision, and alignment, you’ll move through deliberate sequences that build heat slowly and steadily. Optional props like bands and a Pilates ball amplify endurance and deepen the burn—without losing form. You’ll leave feeling lifted, toned, and accomplished.
