Enjoy a FREE 50-minute all-levels Mat Pilates class followed by a curated social experience featuring local food, beverage, and wellness partners.

A GOLDEN MORNING AT BEAUMONT FAMILY ESTATE WINERY
We’re taking our final Summer Flow Series event to the vineyard.
Start the morning with a 50-minute all-levels Mat Pilates flow surrounded by vineyard, lake, and mountain views. After class, stay and connect with fellow members and Peach Room instructors while enjoying exclusive wine tastings, wellness activations, music, and giveaways from some of our favourite community partners.
Come move with us, meet someone new, and soak up one last Peach Room summer morning.
All levels are welcome. No previous Pilates experience required.
WHAT TO BRING
✓ Yoga or Pilates mat
✓ Water bottle
✓ Hat, Sunglasses and sunscreen
✓ Comfortable movement attire
✓ Grip socks (optional)

✨ Move with a view. Start the morning with a 50-minute all-levels Mat Pilates flow overlooking the vineyard, lake, and Okanagan mountains.
✨ Sip in the vineyard. Enjoy exclusive wine tastings from Beaumont Family Estate Winery following the flow.
✨ Stay + connect. Spend the morning with fellow Peach Room members, instructors, and our wider community.
✨ A soundtrack by DJ Lux. Stick around after the flow as DJ Lux sets the soundtrack for the morning.
